Description


We are looking for an experienced Pantry Chef / Sandwich Chef to join a restaurant specializing in Japanese-style Sandos and healthy sandwiches.

Main Responsibilities:
• Prepare Japanese-style sandos and healthy sandwiches
• Prepare fillings, sauces, vegetables, proteins, and other sandwich ingredients
• Maintain consistent portioning, taste, quality, and presentation
• Handle mise en place and daily kitchen preparation
• Maintain proper food hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Monitor ingredient freshness and minimize food waste
• Work efficiently during busy service periods
• Follow standardized recipes and kitchen procedures

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Pantry Chef, Sandwich Chef, Cold Kitchen Chef, Commis Chef, or similar position
• Strong sandwich preparation and food presentation skills
• Experience with Japanese-style food or sandos is an advantage
• Good knowledge of healthy food preparation is preferred
• Able to work independently and maintain consistent quality
• Clean, organized, reliable, and able to work under pressure

Salary: BHD 450 + per month
Working Days: 6 days per week
