We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced restaurant manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience as a restaurant manager, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team.Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and financial reporting- Create and enforce policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service- Manage and mentor staff to reach their full potential- Create and maintain schedules and manage payroll- Ensure food quality and consistency by monitoring kitchen operations- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to maintain inventory levels and negotiate pricing- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase revenue and drive traffic to the restaurant- Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff Qualifications:- Minimum 5 years of experience as a restaurant manager- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team- Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software- Knowledgeable about food safety regulations and best practices- Proven track record of increasing sales and managing costs If you meet these qualifications, and are excited about the opportunity to lead a dynamic team, we encourage you?to?apply?today
