We are in need of an experienced Barista Supervisor.

Requirements:
1. Ability to implement and maintain systems for staff as directed by the management.
2. Required to be a key-holder for opening and closing procedures.
3. Attend to customer needs, resolve customer complaints, and improve customer experience.
4. Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with guests needs.
5. High quality customer service.
6. Follow health and safety guideline required by the company and Ministry of Health.
