Description

Responsibilities:
o Assess the quality of raw materials before mixing,
o Supervising the mixing helper to ensure the scaling of each ingredient are done correctly,
o Follow the mixing process for each batch,
o The mixed dough to be ready as per production machine timing for every batch,
o Check the dough weight, ph and density for every batch and ensuring it is as per the set standard
o Ensure to maintain an accurate record of mixing ingredients wise for each batch,
o In case of any variance on the total weight of the mixed dough, immediately to inform shift supervisor for further action
o Guide and motivate mixing helper to work more efficiently
o Train new personnel into the mixing department for scaling of raw material
o Maintain clean and orderly prep and mixing station and adhere to health and safety standards


Requirements:

• Proven experience in industrial food manufacturing
• Great attention to detail and creativity
• Organizing and time management skills
• Willingness to learn
• Working knowledge of baking
• Physical fitness

Candidate should be located in Bahrain
