We are a leading joinery factory looking for an experienced and highly motivated Joinery Factory Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that quality standards are met, and managing a team of joinery workers.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production process and ensure that quality standards are met
- Manage a team of joinery workers, including assigning tasks, tracking progress, and providing feedback and support
- Ensure that all safety procedures are followed
- Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and design, to ensure that customer needs are met
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed
- Train new joinery workers and provide ongoing training and development for existing staff

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a joinery factory supervisor or similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of woodworking machinery and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in joinery or woodworking
