HIRING A PROFESSIONAL TIG WELDER
Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career in stainless steel fabrication? Do you have the skills and experience to weld and polish stainless steel of thickness 1mm-6 mm and fabricate/cut with grinder if required? Do you want to join a team of experts who work on projects ranging from bike frames to door handles to automotive parts?
We are looking for a professional TIG welder who can weld materials with proper alignment in flat, horizontal and vertical positions. You must have a minimum of 3-5 years of excellent knowledge and experience as a stainless-steel fabricator/TIG welder.
As a TIG welder, you will be responsible for:
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings and specifications
• Setting up and operating TIG welding equipment and accessories
• Selecting and preparing tungsten electrodes, filler rods, gas lenses, cups and collets
• Adjusting amperage, arc length, travel speed and torch angle to produce high-quality welds
• Cleaning and inspecting welds for defects and compliance with standards
• Following safety rules and regulations at all times
To be successful in this role, you must have:
• A valid welding certificate or license or experience certificate
• A thorough understanding of TIG welding basics
