We are looking for marketing executive

Job responsibilities

- Identifies the new/ ongoing construction projects.
- Marketing calls of project sites/ main offices to get appointment with clients, Contractors, Consultants & Ministries
- Preparation/ submission of proposals, pre-qualifications
- Follow up on submitted proposals
- Relationship building with clients

Requirements

- Fluency in spoken and written English with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Friendly, polite and with positive attitude exhibiting good behavior and conduct.
- Overall civil marketing experience of minimum 2 to 4 years
- Must have knowledge of architecture and real estate companies in Bahrain,and with individual contacts also


More preference to south Indians

Salary will be discused in the final interview
