Description

1. Achieve the sales quota and goals set by the management by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results. As a sales and business development manager, you must lead the organization towards achieving or exceeding our target sales. You must work hand in hand and coordinate with the sales team to achieve our sales revenue goals.
2. Help secure new significant orders which will boost or exceed our sales objective by implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programs.
3. Meet with potential and/or existing Clients, Contractors, Consultants and other key person directly involve in switchgear and other industry to discuss their evolving needs and build a good business relationship with them.
4. Review all inquiries and project specifications to ensure that all plans and processes are in place to enable projects to be completed on time, within budget, as per customer specifications and in compliant with Ministry regulations.
5. Effectively manage technical issues, disputes and complaints in all aspect of work area.
6. All drawings and designs of the project must be signed and approved by the client and consultants. Only approved final drawings should be issued to production for assembly and fabrication.
7. You will serve as a project leader that will oversee the whole project execution starting from the design, drawings, approval, production, quality control and testing of the panels required.
8. Propose project budget considering the labor cost, raw materials cost, and other utilities and miscellaneous expenses. Such Budget will be the basis of Sales team in making project quotation to be sent to customer. Make sure to maintain a 3 months forecast plan both for sales and inventory.
9. ADhoc tasks may be assigned as per management decision.


Skills and Qualifications Requirements:

1. A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or similar.
2. A minimum of 5 years collective experience as a sales engineer.
3. American Design Drafting Association (ADDA) certification is preferred.
4. Proficiency with CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SolidWorks is desirable.
5. Excellent understanding of a range of electrical generation and transmission systems.
6. Thorough knowledge of electrical safety regulations, building codes, and health standards.
7. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
8. Strong interpersonal and managerial skills.
9. The ability to stay up to date with the latest developments in electrical systems and best practices.
10. Strong communication skills and collaborative abilities.
