Description

Responsibilities
- Prepare delicious meals to customers according to menu
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Check food and ingredients for freshness.
- Ensure that kitchen area, equipment and utensils are cleaned.
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages

Required work experience

- Minimum one year of Proven cooking experience
- Prior experience in working in a seafood restaurant is preferable
- Working knowledge of kitchen equipment such as, grills, oven and fryers

Skills

- Work well under pressure and within the time limit.
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food preparation and presentation
- Multi-tasking
Flexibility to work in shifts
