Experience working as a Joinery Supervisor. . Ability to make business decisions to best develop the joinery department. . Strong planning skills and work under pressure and meet project deadlines, along with the ability to manage team. . Technical and trade experience. . An in-depth knowledge of joinery is essential together with a strong work experience in order to solve production issues quickly and efficiently. . Prior working experience in managing joinery or wood factory is advantage. This is a long term opportunity within a highly successful construction company. driving license is important and work inside malls experience will be advance.
Ability to read drawings and assisting supervisors with structural design, planning, layout, and installation.
Conduct installation of doors, claddings, drywall, cabinets, furniture , and other fixtures as required.
Ability to assess the best quality of woodwork and materials.
Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment.
