Description

We are currently looking for a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to join our esteemed team. As the Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the Executive Chef in menu creation, food preparation, and overseeing kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:
1- Assist the Executive Chef in menu development, ensuring it reflects the restaurant's culinary vision and concept.
2- Oversee and coordinate food preparation, ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
3- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring proper techniques and standards are followed.
4- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain consistency and efficiency in food production.
5- Monitor inventory levels, assist in ordering supplies, and ensure proper storage and rotation practices.
6- Uphold and enforce strict hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.

Requirements:
1- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role in a fine dining restaurant.
2- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, culinary terminology, and cuisines.
3- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
4- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
6- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:
The salary for the Sous Chef position will be discussed during the interview.
