We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Pastry & Baker Kitchen and FOH professionals to join Our Team.

Head Baker to lead our baking department with success by taking ownership of all things related to baking, and maintaining an organized and efficient process for regular operations.
The Head Baker runs their area with attention to detail, creating a vibrant culture and a healthy team setting your role will include key responsibilities such as;
• Monitor all duty schedules in the bakery operation
• Create high quality and creative bakery products to satisfy the customer
• Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate Superiors to complete the daily tasks
• Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with new recipes and preparation techniques
• Participate in establishing the month end inventory in the bakery
• Handle all food transfers out of the bakery to other areas and ensures proper documentation
• Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control
• Consult and check on daily bakery requirements
• Set a positive tone and strong work ethic, leading by example
• Ensure highest standards of hygiene within the bakery section
Skills/Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should have a professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course and previous experiences in Bakery section along with good culinary skills. The ability to communicate well in English and a proven track of pastry preparation, presentation and preservation knowledge is an essential.

Pastry Sous Chef/Baker who will work closely with our team in running the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, with an emphasis on baking. We need someone who is passionate about creating the highest quality products.
• Oversees the pastry department and supports the Head Chef to ensure that all standards are met.
• Train new team members on all production roles, processes and efficiency standards.
• Directing the team to ensure proper updates and training as needed for any changes to processes, recipes, etc.
• Responsible for overall quality control, having a strong understanding of our recipes and standards
• Ensuring all kitchen team members uphold our product standards
• Control production quantities and pace throughout the day
• Keeping other team members focused and prioritizing important tasks
• Coordinate overall kitchen sanitation standards, leading others to maintain all workstations and perform daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks.
