Description

A candidate must have minimum 8-10 years of experience in any large manufacturing process industry as electrical supervisor (preferably with aluminium cast house) having minimum qualification of degree in Electrical engineering. A candidate must have engineering license.

Knowledge about Induction Furnace & it’s working principle.
Hands-on experience with induction motors, DC motors, servo motors, encoders – troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with AC drives, DC drives, Servo drives with basic programming skills.
Hands-on experience with overhead crane.
Able to read wiring diagrams, component identification, configuration, and selection as per circuit requirements,
Hands-on experience with sensors and transducers.
Able to prepare power as well as control wiring diagrams of basic electrical circuits.
Hands-on experience with motor starters DOL, Star delta starters.
Basic understanding of combustion system.
Independently troubleshooting by following drawings.
Hands-on experience with solenoid valves, FRL units,
Hands-on experience with hydraulic systems, cylinder seal replacement.
Fabrication skills will be added advantage.
Experience with HV, transformers, RMU will be added advantage.
Basic understanding of PLC, HMI.
