Dear Candidates ,

We are a leading carpentry factory looking for a professional manager with extensive experience in furniture manufacturing, fit-out contracts projects, steel fabrication, and should have experience in pricing tenders and a strong understanding of drawings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills oral and writing and be highly skilled in team leadership and supervision.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the carpentry factory, ensuring production targets are met.
- Manage the team ensuring they are working efficiently and to a high standard.
- Liaise with clients to ensure their requirements are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Work closely with the design team to ensure that designs are feasible and can be manufactured within the required timeframe.

Requirements:

- Extensive experience in furniture manufacturing, fit-out contracts projects, and steel fabrication.
- Strong understanding of drawings and ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Experienced in pricing tenders.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as a team leader.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Relevant qualification in carpentry or a related field.
