**JOB VACANCY: Joinery Cut-Lister cum Draftsman**

A wood factory specializing in joinery, metalwork, and related production for fit-out projects is looking for a skilled Joinery Woodwork Specialist to join its Technical Office.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare accurate cut lists and material take-offs from approved drawings
- Prepare joinery shop drawings and detailed production drawings
- Optimize panel and timber cutting to reduce waste
- Check site measurements and coordinate drawings with site conditions
- Coordinate joinery details with the metalwork and other production teams
- Support the factory, procurement, and site teams with technical information
- Update drawings and cut lists to reflect revisions and maintain organized records

**Requirements**
- Diploma or technical qualification in joinery, carpentry, drafting, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a joinery factory or fit-out company
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of cutting optimization or woodworking CAD/CAM software is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of wood, veneer, MDF, laminates, ironmongery, and joinery construction methods
- Understanding of metal and mixed-material fabrication is an advantage
- High accuracy, with the ability to read drawings and meet production deadlines
- Good written and spoken English
