Description

Role: Install, service, and repair split and window ACs at customer sites to LG service standards.

Key duties:
Diagnose and repair in-warranty and out-of-warranty RAC units
Install new units, including piping, vacuuming, leak testing, and gas charging
Carry out preventive maintenance and cleaning
Complete job cards accurately and request and return parts correctly
Meet KPIs: first-visit fix, RTAT, and customer satisfaction
Handle customers politely and promote service plans and extended warranty

Requirements:
Diploma or certificate in HVAC, refrigeration, or electrical (or equivalent experience)
2 to 5 years of split AC experience (LG preferred)
Knowledge of R32 and R410A and inverter technology
Good communication in English, Arabic, or Hindi/Urdu
Flexible hours during peak season
