We are looking for an experienced Supermarket Operations Manager to oversee and manage the operations of multiple supermarket branches, ensuring strong operational performance, sales growth, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across multiple supermarket branches.

Monitor sales, inventory, stock availability, wastage, and profitability.

Ensure consistent merchandising, pricing, and store standards.

Supervise branch managers and drive staff performance.

Improve operational efficiency and achieve business targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a similar position.

Strong hands-on experience managing multiple supermarket branches is essential.

Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Strong knowledge of supermarket operations, inventory control, and sales performance.
