ERA Projects is looking for a skilled and results-driven Civil Project Engineer to oversee and coordinate construction activities, ensuring projects are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. The ideal candidate should have solid construction experience and be locally available in Bahrain for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at project sites.

Ensure construction works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and other engineering teams.

Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure timely completion.

Review technical drawings, method statements, material submittals, and shop drawings.

Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards and approved procedures.

Identify and resolve technical issues, site discrepancies, and construction-related challenges.

Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.

Coordinate with the Quantity Surveyor and Planning Engineer on variations, quantities, and project schedules.

Ensure compliance with Bahrain construction regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction or project engineering.

Experience in building construction, including villas and/or high-rise buildings, is preferred.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural drawings, site execution, and quality control.

Ability to coordinate multiple activities and manage site-related technical issues.

Good communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and construction documentation; Primavera P6 or MS Project is an advantage.

Must be currently available in Bahrain and ready to join immediately.

Bahrain or GCC construction experience is preferred.
