We are looking for an experienced and skilled Salad Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing fresh salads, maintaining food quality, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble salads according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Wash, cut, and prepare vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients.
• Ensure freshness, quality, and proper storage of all ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the salad preparation area.
• Follow food safety procedures and proper food-handling practices.
• Monitor ingredient stock and inform the supervisor of shortages.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order preparation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Salad Maker or in a similar kitchen position.
• Good knowledge of salad preparation, vegetable cutting, and food presentation.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and proper food storage.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good teamwork, time management, and attention to detail.
• Must be currently residing in Bahrain and available to join as per the company's requirements.
