Sales Executive

*Well Established Technical Training Institute – Bahrain*

A well established Institute is seeking a motivated, experienced, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, relevant academic qualifications, and knowledge of occupational health and safety training.

Key Responsibilities

* Promote and sell the institute’s training programs and professional development courses.

* Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and individual customers.

* Visit clients, conduct sales meetings, and present suitable training solutions.

* Prepare quotations, follow up on sales leads, and negotiate contracts.

* Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

* Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales reports.

Candidate Requirements

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, another Engineering discipline, or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com).

* *Safety Qualifications:* Must have attended occupational health and safety courses or hold relevant safety certificates.

* *Sales Experience:* Minimum of *5 years of proven sales experience*.

* *Age:* 35 years or above.

* Driving License:Must hold a valid Bahraini driving license.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Strong client relationship management and business development abilities.

* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preparation of sales reports.
