Position: Indian Parotta Master
Job Responsibilities:

• Handle dough preparation, kneading, rolling, and cooking.
• Maintain consistent food quality and taste.
• Keep the cooking area and equipment clean.
• Follow food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
• Support other kitchen activities when required.
Preferred: Candidates with previous experience in Indian restaurants or cafeterias.
2. Tea Master
Position: Indian Tea Master
Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare Indian tea, milk tea, karak tea, and other menu beverages as required.
• Maintain consistent taste and quality.
• Prepare ingredients and manage tea-making equipment.
• Keep the tea preparation and serving area clean.
• Follow hygiene standards and manage supplies responsibly.
