Requirements & Responsibilities:
• Filipino nationality.
• Previous cashier experience preferred.
• Handle daily cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Operate POS systems and process customer payments.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and requests.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues effectively.
• Promote products and support sales activities to achieve sales targets.
• Encourage additional purchases and up-sell products when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate cash records and ensure daily cash balances.
• Keep the checkout area clean and organized.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Friendly, honest, responsible, and customer focused.
