Description

Arab Organizers is looking for a creative, results-driven, and experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Bahrain.

Position: Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing the company’s overall marketing activities, strengthening brand awareness, generating leads, increasing customer engagement, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement the company’s overall marketing strategy and marketing calendar.
2. Plan and manage marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives.
3. Manage the company’s social media platforms and online presence.
4. Create and manage content including posts, stories, reels, videos, and promotional materials.
5. Develop creative marketing ideas to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, leads, and sales.
6. Conduct market and competitor research and identify new marketing opportunities.
7. Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and other creative staff.
8. Lead and supervise the marketing team, assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor performance.
9. Monitor campaign results, social media performance, leads, conversions, and sales.
10. Assist in managing the marketing budget and monitoring marketing expenses.
11. Prepare regular marketing reports and provide recommendations to management.
Requirements
12. Proven experience in Marketing Management, preferably in a construction, engineering, real estate, or related industry.
13. Strong knowledge of social media marketing, digital marketing, content creation, and promotional campaigns.
14. Creative thinking with strong communication and organizational skills.
15. Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
16. Strong understanding of marketing analytics and performance measurement.
17. Ability to develop practical marketing strategies that generate leads and sales.

Knowledge of the Bahrain market will be an advantage.

Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
