WE ARE HIRING – TEAM LEADER BAHRAIN OFFICE

We are looking for a confident, experienced & results-driven *Team Leader* to manage our office team and oversee daily business operations in Bahrain.

Location: Bahrain
Position: Team Leader
Work Mode: Office-Based
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: Based on experience + Attractive Incentives

# Responsibilities

• Manage, lead & motivate the office team
• Assign daily tasks, leads & sales targets
• Monitor employee performance and KPIs
• Supervise daily calling, follow-ups & sales activities
• Handle client inquiries and support sales closing
• Promote company services and generate business
• Monitor attendance, discipline & productivity
• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly performance reports
• Conduct team meetings and performance reviews
• Coordinate with management regarding progress and issues
• Ensure monthly sales targets and business goals are achieved

# Requirements

Previous team leadership or sales management experience
Strong leadership & communication skills
Excellent sales, negotiation & client-handling abilities
Ability to manage a team and achieve targets
Good knowledge of CRM, Excel & Google Sheets
Professional attitude and problem-solving skills
Good English; Arabic is an advantage
Experience in travel, visa services or business setup is preferred
