We are seeking an experienced and goal-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and grow our customer base.
Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities
• Creative, passionate and dynamic professional with an expansive background in sales, marketing and management of Sales Team
• Decisive team leader with an eye for creative detail and designed combined with a solid background in business analytical, exceptional ability for achieving bottom-line results through an effective balance of visual nuance and sound business decision
• Led a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and mentorship to enhance performance and drive individual and team success.
• Solid reputation as a high energy leader willing to take on challenges.
• Consistent focus on customer needs to continually exceed sales target using innovative marketing strategy. Market analysis on product launch, presentation, sales forecast, vendor relation, customer relation, contract negotiation. Established and maintained strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and executed strategic sales plans that increased company revenue/targets consistently. Successfully negotiated contracts and agreements with major clients, securing long-term partnerships and maximizing profitability.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities, resulting growth in client acquisition.
• Implement a CRM system to streamline sales processes, improve tracking of leads, and enhance reporting capabilities. Conduct regular sales training sessions and workshops to equip team members with the latest industry knowledge and sales techniques.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve overall team effectiveness.
• Negotiate price, terms and conditions with client supplier.
• Outsource product based on project requirement in line with specifications.
Sales Manager Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, administration, or related field preferred
• 3 years of experience in sales, management, customer service, or a related field
• Demonstrated and proven sales results
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
