Description

Receive and process customer orders through application/system

Pick products accurately according to customer orders

Check product quality, quantity, expiry date, size, and brand before picking

Support stock checking and other operational tasks

Select suitable replacements when an ordered item is unavailable

Pack picked items carefully to prevent damage, leakage, or contamination

Coordinate with store staff and delivery riders when required

Report missing, damaged, expired, or unavailable products to the appropriate team.

Handle customer orders professionally and promptly and maintain a high level of accuracy.
