Description

One of the reputed companies in Bahrain is looking for an experienced outdoor sales executive.

Key Responsibilities
• Business Development: Actively hunt, prospect, and generate new business leads for AC maintenance, installation, and annual contracts (AMCs).

• B2B Field Sales: Conduct daily outdoor visits and field sales pitches targeting corporate clients, schools, shopping malls, residential compounds, and property management companies.

• Contract Acquisition: Secure long-term annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their technical requirements and ensuring high satisfaction.

• Quotations & Negotiations: Prepare professional cost estimations, present proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close deals efficiently.

• Market Awareness: Keep track of market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming commercial projects in Bahrain.

• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in outdoor/field sales within Bahrain. Experience in HVAC, construction, MEP, or facility management sales is highly preferred.

• Professional Image: Must be immaculately dressed, neatly presented, and highly groomed to reflect the premium reputation of our company.

• Language Skills: Fluent and grammatically strong command of spoken and written English is mandatory. Knowledge of Arabic is a distinct advantage.

• Mobility: Must possess a valid Bahrain Driving License

Salary: 300 - 400 BHD + Incentives
