Description

Professional Barista – Room Service Experience

We are looking for an experienced and professional Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in barista operations, with the ability to train and develop other employees and take full responsibility for the requirements and supplies of the Room Service department.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare coffee and a variety of hot and cold beverages professionally.

Train and coach baristas and new employees on beverage preparation methods and quality standards.

Monitor employees’ performance and provide guidance to ensure the required service standards are maintained.

Take full responsibility for all Room Service requirements, supplies, and items, ensuring they are continuously available.

Monitor Room Service inventory and identify shortages, placing replenishment requests when necessary.

Ensure that all equipment, tools, and supplies required for Room Service are clean, ready, and available.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure fast and efficient handling of guest orders.

Maintain high beverage quality and service standards in accordance with company policies.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, equipment, and tools.

Interact professionally with guests and provide excellent customer service.

Follow all hygiene, safety, and internal operational procedures.

Work effectively as part of a team and perform efficiently under pressure and during peak hours.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Barista.

Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and different types of beverages.

Previous experience in training and coaching employees.

Ability to manage and monitor Room Service requirements and supplies.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Professional appearance, discipline, and commitment.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and during busy periods.
