HIRING: COMMIS – BAKERY DEPARTMENT

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Commis 3 to join our Bakery Department

Position: Commis – Bakery
Department: Bakery Production
Location: Bahrain

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the bakery team in daily preparation and production activities.
Support the preparation of breads, pastries, cakes, and other bakery products as instructed.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, equipment, and utensils.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
Assist senior bakery staff with daily production requirements.
Follow recipes, portioning, and preparation procedures accurately.
Perform other duties related to bakery production as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a bulk bakery or food production environment is preferred.
Basic knowledge of bakery preparation and food handling.
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Good hygiene and work discipline.
