Location: Manama, Bahrain

Salary: 160 – 180 BHD / month basic + accommodation and transportation provided + food allowance + health and life insurance + career growth

Job Overview
We are an established restaurant brand looking for an energetic, professional, and presentable Female Hostess to join our team immediately. As the face of our restaurant, you will be responsible for creating a warm, welcoming first impression and providing high-standard guest service.

Key Requirements & Eligibility Criteria

Local Hires Priority: Candidates residing in Bahrain with local transferable status or valid visa to transfer immediately.

Physical Requirement: Female candidates only, with a minimum height requirement of 5'4" .

Appearance & Grooming: Well-groomed with a professional, polished appearance and excellent posture.

Experience: Prior experience in FOH (Front of House) hostess roles, customer service, or hospitality preferred.

Language Skills: High proficiency in spoken English. Arabic or other additional languages are a plus.

Availability: Must be able to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Primary Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests at the entrance with a positive and polite attitude.

Manage reservations, walk-ins, seating charts, and guest wait times efficiently.

Ensure the reception area is neat, presentable, and organized at all times.

Escort guests to their tables and present menus.

Coordinate effectively with restaurant servers and management to manage dining flow.

Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: 160 – 180 BHD
