Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization's staffing requirements. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong networking abilities, and a passion for connecting talented professionals with the right opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct reference checks and employment verification.
• Prepare employment offers and assist with onboarding processes.
• Maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide regular recruitment status updates and reports to management.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience minimum 3 years as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluency in English, Hindi & Arabic is an advantage.,
