We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Marketing Specialist with over 3 years of experience in the Bahrain or GCC real estate markets. The ideal candidate possesses strong sales, negotiation, and client acquisition skills, along with a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs. You should have an established client base and a proven track record of achieving monthly sales targets while building long-term relationships with clients.

Job Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate marketing within Bahrain or the GCC.
-Proven experience in marketing properties and closing deals for development projects and ready residential units.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
-Ability to work independently and achieve monthly sales targets.
-Own a car.
-He has a real estate brokerage license.
