Hiring: Assistant Projects Executive (Sales & Carpentry / Joinery)

Location: Bahrain

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: BD 250/- per month

An established fit-out and woodworking company is urgently seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Assistant Projects Executive to bridge client sales and workshop execution.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relations & Sales: Identify new business leads, respond to inquiries, conduct site visits, take precise measurements, and prepare commercial quotations.

Project Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between clients, designers, and the workshop to ensure project specs, timelines, and budgets are met.

Workshop & Site Supervision: Supervise the carpentry team, assign daily tasks, track fabrication progress, and enforce quality control standards from raw materials to final handover.

Procurement & Estimation: Review technical drawings/cutting lists, estimate material requirements (timber, hardware, finishes), and coordinate with suppliers.

Site Installation: Manage on-site delivery, supervise installation crews, resolve snag lists, and secure final client sign-offs.

Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in interior fit-out, joinery, or custom woodworking operations.

Technical Skills: Ability to read architectural/shop drawings; proficiency in MS Excel and basic AutoCAD.

Leadership: Proven ability to communicate effectively with multinational carpenters, joiners, and painters.

Languages: Fluent English; conversational Hindi/Urdu or Arabic is an added advantage.

Licensing: Valid Bahrain driving license is preferred.

Visa Status: Local candidates with a transferable visa / NOC preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: BD 250/- per month

Other benefits as per Bahrain Labour Law.
