**WE ARE HIRING – ACCOUNTANT**

We are looking for a **competent and detail-oriented Accountant** to join our team and handle day-to-day accounting and financial activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions.
* Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
* Prepare and post journal entries and accounting vouchers.
* Perform bank, customer, supplier and general ledger reconciliations.
* Assist with monthly and annual closing of accounts.
* Prepare financial reports and management reports.
* Monitor receivables, payables, expenses and cash/bank transactions.
* Assist with inventory accounting and stock reconciliation where required.
* Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
* Assist with VAT compliance and related filings.
* Coordinate with auditors and provide required accounting information.
* Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
* Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent (or even part qualified) is an advantage.
* **2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.**
* Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
* Experience with accounting software/ERP systems.
* Good Excel skills.
* Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
* Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
