We Are Hiring:

Job title: Assistant Safety Officer

We are looking for a full-time, hands-on safety professional for an immediate start.

*What You Will Do
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts, conditions, hazards, and near misses.
- Monitor PPE use, housekeeping, safe work practices, and compliance with HSE requirements.
- Inspect fire extinguishers, first aid boxes, emergency equipment, exits, and safety signage.
- Assist with toolbox talks, safety inductions, briefings, awareness programs, and emergency drills.
- Report incidents, hazards, and safety concerns and follow up on corrective actions.
- Assist with incident investigations and maintain HSE inspection records and reports.
- Support the HSE team in implementing company safety policies and other HSE activities.

*What We Are Looking For
- Education: High School / 12th Class pass.
- Experience: 2+ years of HSE experience in construction, steel factory , ready-mix, or industrial environments.
- Languages: Hindi (Fluent), English (Basic), Arabic (Basic).
- Fit & Flexible: Physically fit for outdoor site conditions (heat/dust) and willing to work overtime/rotate sites as required.
- Certifications: Safety diplomas, IOSH, or OSHA certificates are highly preferred.
