Description

We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Building & Villa Construction Supervisor currently residing in Bahrain with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience managing residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a proven track record of delivering turnkey projects from foundation, structural shuttering, and concrete pours through to high-end finishing work. Key responsibilities include directly leading and coordinating 10 to 15 distinct trade teams (steelfixers, masons, MEP technicians, tilers, and painters), enforcing strict quality control protocols at every milestone, and maintaining clear written and verbal communication between project owners, engineering consultants, and site labor.

The successful candidate must possess strong technical skills in quantity surveying and cost estimation, including reading structural/architectural drawings, preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and managing material waste and variation orders. Applicants must be prepared to submit formal Letters of Service verifying their supervisory background alongside official Project Completion Certificates for fully handed-over projects. This is a local Bahrain-based hiring position offering a monthly salary package of BD 800 to BD 1,000, depending on verified experience and qualifications.
