About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Joinery and Workshop Coordinator to oversee daily operations in our joinery workshop. The ideal candidate will manage production schedules, supervise craftsmen, ensure quality control, and coordinate material and equipment needs across projects. Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and supervise daily joinery workshop activities
Coordinate with site teams, project managers, and clients on production timelines
Ensure all joinery work meets quality, safety, and design specifications
Manage inventory of timber, hardware, and workshop materials
Supervise and mentor carpenters, joiners, and workshop staff
Maintain equipment and ensure proper machine operation and safety compliance
Read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings
Liaise with procurement for material sourcing and cost control
Maintain workshop records, production reports, and documentation

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years' experience in joinery/carpentry workshop supervision
Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery, tools, and materials
Ability to read technical/shop drawings
Good leadership and team coordination skills
Basic computer skills (MS Office, scheduling tools)
Valid trade certification/diploma in joinery, carpentry, or related field (preferred)
Willingness to relocate; valid passport required
Good command of English (Arabic is a plus)
