Description

Faster Express & Cargo, a logistics and shipping company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bahrain.

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp and other communication channels.
* Follow up with customers and confirm their shipments.
* Provide customers with updates regarding their shipments.
* Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth shipment processing.
* Assist customers with general shipping and logistics inquiries.

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience in **logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping services is required**.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* **Female candidates preferred/required.**
* **Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.**
* Good command of English.
* Ability to communicate professionally with customers and follow up on inquiries.

**Salary: BHD 350 per month**
