Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and creative Lady Fashion Designer cum Tailor who can handle the complete process of women's garment creation—from designing unique styles and drafting patterns to expert cutting and final stitching. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, a passion for fashion, and hands-on experience in bespoke tailoring.

Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their design preferences, body measurements, and requirements.

Create fashion sketches, mood boards, and select suitable fabrics, trims, and notions.

Draft precise patterns (manually or digitally) and cut fabrics accurately.

Construct garments from scratch using sewing machines and fine hand-finishing techniques.

Conduct fittings, pin garments, and perform necessary alterations to ensure a flawless fit.

Manage workflow and timelines for custom orders or boutique collections.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a fashion designer, tailor, or dressmaker (specifically in women’s wear).

Strong proficiency in pattern making, draping, and garment construction.

Ability to operate industrial/domestic sewing and overlock machines safely and efficiently.

Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
