3D Designer (Events & Creative)
Creative Agency Full-time

Role Overview
We are looking for a talented 3D Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will bring visual concepts to life across both digital campaigns and immersive physical spaces. You’ll design high-impact 3D assets, motion graphics, spatial environments, and stage designs for brand campaigns, live events, and experiential activations. You will collaborate closely with art directors, spatial planners, and events teams to deliver seamless visual experiences from screen to stage.

Key Responsibilities

-Conceptualize, model, texture, light, and render high-impact 3D visual assets, animations, and spatial environments.

-Design experiential concepts for live events, exhibitions, stage builds, brand activations, and digital channels.

-Produce realistic 3D spatial renders and floor plans to help client teams visualize physical event builds and environment layouts.

-Collaborate with creative directors, event producers, and technical vendors to ensure physical build feasibility and brand alignment.

-Prepare, optimize, and export files for print graphics, video displays, digital media, and dynamic web elements.

Requirements

-Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 3D modeling, spatial rendering, texturing, lighting, and animation.

-Proficiency in 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya) and rendering engines (e.g., Redshift, Octane, or Unreal Engine); spatial/CAD software experience (e.g., SketchUp, Vectorworks) is a plus.

-Solid understanding of spatial design, environmental branding, scale, lighting, and composition.

-Experience working within advertising, design agencies, or experiential/event production environments.

-Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
