Job Description

We are looking for two experienced Barbers – Hair & Shave Stylists to join our men's salon. We are preparing to open a mid-segment men's salon in next 3-4 weeks.

Main Duties
* Provide men's haircuts, beard trimming, shaving and grooming services.
* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable style suggestions when needed.
* Provide modern and trendy haircut and beard styles, including styles popular with younger customers.
* Welcome customers and provide a friendly, respectful and professional service.
* Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
* Remember regular customers and their usual haircut or grooming preferences.
* Enter services and process customer bills using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
* Keep barber tools, chairs and the work area clean and hygienic.
* Use barber tools and equipment safely and correctly.
* Follow salon procedures and maintain professional standards.

Requirements
* Previous experience as a men's barber is required.
* Able to speak and understand English and Arabic.
* Good customer-service and communication skills.
* Friendly, polite and respectful attitude.
* Clean, well-presented and professional at work.
* Reliable and punctual.
* Able to work well as part of a team.

Important
1. Should be able to get No Objection or LMRA mobility from current employer to process the work permit.
2. Should be fit to pass the health test as required by the law.
