Royal Saray Resorts is seeking **professional and customer-focused Bartenders** to join its hospitality team in Bahrain.

### **Role Overview**

The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering efficient beverage service while maintaining high standards of guest experience, cleanliness, and professionalism.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Prepare and serve beverages according to established service standards.
* Take guest orders and provide courteous, attentive service.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
* Monitor inventory and report shortages when required.
* Handle guest requests and inquiries professionally.
* Follow all applicable company, hygiene, and safety procedures.
* Coordinate effectively with the restaurant and hospitality teams.

### **Requirements**

* Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
* Good communication and customer-service skills.
* Professional appearance and positive attitude.
* Good knowledge of beverage preparation and service.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
