We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site and remote technical support, ensuring smooth operation of desktop systems, networks, and end-user devices.

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications

Provide on-site support at client locations as required

Maintain proper documentation of issues and resolutions

Ensure timely response and resolution of support requests
