We are looking for a responsible, experienced, and hardworking Supermarket Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily supermarket operations.
• Manage and coordinate staff.
• Monitor stock, displays, pricing & inventory.
• Ensure excellent customer service.
• Handle operational issues and staff concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety & store standards.
• Minimize wastage and stock discrepancies.
• Report daily operations to management.

Requirements:
• Previous supermarket/store supervisory/store managerial experience.
• Strong leadership & communication skills.
• Good knowledge of supermarket operations.
• Responsible, organized & trustworthy.
• Ability to work under pressure.
