We are looking for an experienced and motivated Café Supervisor to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

* Supervise daily café operations and ensure smooth service.

* Lead, train, and manage café staff.

* Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.

* Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline.

* Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.

* Manage inventory, stock levels, and daily operational requirements.

* Coordinate with management to achieve sales and operational targets.

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Café Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Good knowledge of café operations and customer service.

* Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.

* Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
