About the Role

The successful candidate will support and manage key HR functions including end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, HR policies and procedures, employee lifecycle management, disciplinary matters, and HR guidance to management.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR practices and Bahrain Labour Law, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism, diplomacy, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

β€’ Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and hiring
β€’ Prepare employment offers and contracts and coordinate employee onboarding
β€’ Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
β€’ Manage probation reviews, employee confirmations, transfers, and other HR processes
β€’ Handle disciplinary actions, terminations, resignations, and exit formalities
β€’ Address employee queries and concerns related to HR, personnel, and administrative matters
β€’ Provide guidance to management on Bahrain Labour Law and employment-related matters
β€’ Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation
β€’ Support management in effective people management and employee relations

Requirements

πŸŽ“ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
πŸ’Ό 2–5 years of relevant HR experience
βš–οΈ Good knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and HR practices
πŸ—£οΈ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
🀝 Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
πŸ“‹ Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and diplomatic
πŸ’» Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
πŸ‘₯ Ability to manage people effectively in line with organizational policies and procedures
