We are looking for candidates (Male or Female) to join our Customer Service team.


Main Responsibilities:

Receive customer orders through phone, WhatsApp, and in person.
Assist customers and respond to inquiries professionally.
Coordinate orders with the concerned team.
Ensure accurate order-taking and good customer service.

Requirements:

Filipino nationality – Preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the Food & Beverage sector.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and handle customers professionally.
Reliable, positive, and able to work as part of a team.
