Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Surveyor to join our construction team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for site measurements, setting out, leveling, alignment, and ensuring construction works are executed accurately according to approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct site surveys, measurements, leveling, and setting-out works.
Establish benchmarks, control points, coordinates, and reference points.
Perform accurate setting out for foundations, columns, walls, slabs, roads, and other construction works.
Operate Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS, and other surveying equipment.
Check levels, dimensions, alignments, elevations, and coordinates against approved drawings.
Read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and engineering drawings.
Prepare survey reports, field notes, calculations, and as-built survey data.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors.
Identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions and report them promptly.
Assist with preparation and verification of as-built drawings.
Ensure surveying equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
Follow project quality, safety, and site procedures.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
3–6 years of relevant construction surveying experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS, and surveying techniques.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Knowledge of setting out, leveling, coordinates, benchmarks, and site measurements.
Experience in building, villa, commercial, high-rise, or civil construction projects is an advantage.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and survey data processing software is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Must be currently available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiner is highly preferred.
Previous Bahrain/GCC construction experience is an advantage.
