Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Site Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for quantity measurement, cost control, site valuation, and commercial coordination throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings and site conditions.
Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and material quantities.
Monitor project costs, variations, and site instructions.
Prepare interim payment applications and subcontractor valuations.
Review subcontractor and supplier quotations.
Track project expenditures and assist with cost control.
Prepare variation orders, claims, and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Assist with final accounts and commercial reports.
Maintain accurate records of quantities, costs, and project documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Site Quantity Surveyor in construction.
Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, valuation, variations, and cost control.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and quantity surveying software/tools.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Locally available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiner preferred.
Bahrain/GCC construction experience is an advantage.
