Site Engineer – Fit-Out & Construction

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer / Site Supervisor for a refurbishment and interior fit-out project.

Responsibilities include managing daily site works, coordinating subcontractors and labour, reading drawings, supervising civil/fit-out/MEP activities, checking quality, tracking progress, handling site measurements, preparing BOQs, quantity take-offs and basic quantity surveying, reporting issues, and managing snagging through handover.

We are looking for someone with strong practical site experience in fit-out, refurbishment, civil works, MEP coordination and quantity surveying. Degrees and certificates are not the priority — experience, technical knowledge and the ability to manage the site are what matter.

Bahrain/GCC experience and a driving licence are preferred. Immediate availability is an advantage.

Please do not apply if you do not have relevant site execution, fit-out or BOQ/quantity surveying experience.
